Turn layout inputs into a defendable decision.
SLP Studio by KUSTOM KO is a browser-based spatial planning platform for facilities, operations and site logistics. Model relationships, movement, space and constraints; compare alternatives; and export a defendable study before detailed CAD work.
Every planning input stays aligned.
Enter the engineering data once. Relationships, flow, optimization, performance and exports remain connected to the same model.
Change one input. See the whole decision respond.
Move an SPU, adjust a relationship, edit flow/day or accept a known constraint. The diagrams, metrics and saved scenarios update together.
See the change. Measure the gain.
Save a Baseline and up to three Professional scenarios for focused side-by-side comparison. The interactive demo includes a Baseline and one scenario; Professional workspaces support the full saved-scenario workflow.
Make layout decisions easier to test, compare and defend.
Start with relationships, material flow, space requirements and constraints. SLP Studio turns the inputs your team already understands into measurable alternatives before detailed CAD begins.
Where SLP Studio fits.
Concept planning first. Detailed CAD engineering after the strongest layout is selected.
Does SLP Studio replace CAD?
No. SLP Studio is designed for early-stage Systematic Layout Planning, block-layout development, scenario comparison and engineering decision support. Once the preferred concept is selected, export it to DXF or SVG and continue detailed work in AutoCAD, DraftSight, LibreCAD or another CAD platform.
Can it optimize an existing factory?
Yes. Model the current building, SPUs, assets, paths, columns, utilities and clearances. Lock anything that must remain fixed, then optimize only the areas that can realistically change.
What can I export?
You can export the Current Layout, Baseline or any saved scenario. Available outputs include DWG-ready DXF, SVG diagrams, CSV data, JSON project files and a complete PDF report with layouts, metrics, relationship data, material-flow information and constraint history.
How do the calculations work?
Material travel is based on flow/day and center-to-center distance. Adjacency performance uses the AEIOUX relationships entered in the REL Chart. Space utilization comes from occupied area versus building area, and open checks are calculated from unresolved SPU, asset, path, column, clearance and crane-coverage issues.
Can I save and compare multiple alternatives?
Yes. Save projects to your authenticated cloud account and export supported project files to your own device. Professional supports one Baseline plus three saved scenarios for side-by-side comparison.
What does the complete PDF report include?
The complete report can include the selected block layouts, scenario comparison, REL Diagram, REL Chart, Material Flow, From-To Matrix, layout-performance metrics, material-flow breakdown, scenario changes and the acceptance audit trail.
Does SLP Studio collect my facility or project data?
SLP Studio uses browser-local autosave for recovery and secure cloud saving for projects you save to your authenticated account. Project data remains associated with your account, is not sold, and is not used to train public AI models.
Can the project be reopened later?
Yes. Cloud-saved projects can be reopened from your authenticated account on supported devices. You can also export a JSON project file to maintain an independent copy and import it later.
